Refund policy
Our company gives a guarantee of a refund for the purchased service - in case of warning about the intention to return the funds at least 2 days before the start of the course, master class, training.
In case of failure to appear at the event without warning, the amount of payment will not be refunded.
The warranty period is determined for each product / program individually. You can check them with the manager when making a purchase. Please note that some programs include a non-refundable organization fee.
To make a request for a refund, you must submit an application to the technical support mail zyq108online@gmail.com. The term for consideration of applications is 7 working days.
All refunds are made by transferring the amount of money to the VISA / MASTERCARD specified by the client or in cash at the office within 2 weeks after the request is considered.
If it is impossible to fulfill our obligations to the student, the student's payment is returned in full minus the commissions of banks and payment services.
If you mistakenly / re-paid for our services or paid for them in a larger amount than required, the money will be returned in the order and terms indicated above.
